COSHOCTON- Florence Ellen "Flossie" (Parker) Schlarb, 59, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2025 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
She was born Aug. 7, 1965 in Coshocton to William E. and Janice (Dunfee) Parker. She was a 1984 graduate of River View High School.
Flossie loved spending time with her grandkids. She enjoyed cooking & baking for her family around the holidays, and sitting on her deck watching her hummingbirds and the bald eagles around the river.
She is survived by her father, William (Sally) Parker of West Lafayette; her fiancé, James Dodd of Coshocton; her two daughters, Tessa (Samuel) Franklin of Coshocton, and Magan (BJ) Anderson of Coshocton; five grandchildren, Makayla Schlarb, Dani Anderson, Leota Franklin, Brooklyn Franklin, and Samuel Franklin, Jr.; a great-granddaughter, Ariel; five sisters, Rachel (Vernon) Courtney of Coshocton, Billie (Mitch) Berry of Coshocton, Kathy (Troy) Wise of Fresno, Linda (Russell) Fitzer of Coshocton, and Angie (Brand
