Henderson "Butch" Butcher Jr, age 67, of Mount Vernon passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025, at the Centerburg Pointe Nursing Home with his loving family at his side.
He was born on April 24, 1957, in Columbus, Ohio to the late Henderson Butcher Sr. and Doris (Wildman) Loney. Butch was a "Mr. Fixit" and loved working on cars and motorcycles. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. But most of all, Butch loved the time he spent with his family and close friends.
He is survived by his daughters, Sabrina Butcher, Antinella Butcher, Bette Butcher, Haylee (Sheldon) Butcher; his sons, Henderson "Butch" Butcher III, Adrian (Amanda) Butcher, Maxwell Butcher; twenty-one grandchildren; his brother Michael Butcher; and his sisters Pam Rush and Samantha Butcher.
In addition to his parents, Butch was preceded in death by his stepfather Christopher Loney; and his sister Tamela Loney.
In keeping with Butch's wishes, there will be no calling hours. The family will schedule a gathering at Mound View Ceme
